Return/Exchange Policy

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY

In the event you are not satisfied with your item(s), we will gladly exchange or refund your item with the following conditions:

Within 7 days of delivery date for a return authorization, items must be mailed back postmarked within 5 days of return authorization.

RETURNS: 
To be eligible, returned items must be in NEW and UNOPENED original factory condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that have been opened, brushed out, have had product applied to them, or show other signs of wear are NOT eligible to be returned. Clearance, discontinued and custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date and items must be mailed back postmarked within 5 days of return authorization.

An eligible item may be returned for a refund or store credit, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Your store credit will not expire until you use it. All original and/or upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable. 
Return items should be sent back in a sturdy cardboard box and must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or store credit on the invoice or packing slip.

EXCHANGES: 
To be eligible, exchange items must have all tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that have been brushed out, have had product applied to them, or show other signs of excessive wear are not eligible to be exchanged. Clearance, discontinued and custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date and items must be mailed back postmarked within 5 days of return authorization.

An eligible item may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value at no cost to you, however free shipping offers do not apply to shipment of the new exchange item(s) and will be deducted from the exchange value credit. All original and/or upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING: 
Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. 
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned shipment.
