SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING offer applies to customers located within the United States, Puerto Rico and APO/AFO addresses ONLY.
Upgraded shipping charges are calculated based on the service type selected, weight and dimension of the products and the destination. Upon entering all the required information in your shopping basket, shipping charges and estimated delivery dates will be calculated.
Orders placed by 10:00 am P.S.T. will be processed the same day (M-F). All other orders will be processed the following business day. Any order placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery dates do not include processing days or holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once we ship your order you may receive an email from us which will include a tracking number. This tracking number will link to the carrier's website (USPS, UPS) where you can track your shipment You may also sign into your ShopLuxeWigs.com account to review your order history and tracking details when available. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email us at info@shopluxewigs.com.
REFUSED ORDERS/INCORRECT ADDRESS/FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a package is returned because UPS, FedEx or USPS made three unsuccessful delivery attempts, an incorrect address or customer refused the package and was sent back to us for any reason, the return shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customer's Store Credit or Refund.
IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
Your international order may be subject to import duty and taxes once it reaches your country. You, as the importer of the items, must pay additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
*Customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs (i.e. incorrect shipping address, shipment redirect/corrections, absence of the recipient, weather delays, carrier error, refused deliveries, duty for international customers, etc.)
